Bubba,

Never had grits. When I was in FL and discovered bisquits and country
gravy, that settled breakfast decision making. Someday!

Another never had, "hang my head in shame" food is crawfish, just never
was in any family recipe boxes.

Did get my intro to shrimp/chicken/sausage jambalaya at Mardi Gras, 1993.
Best thing since beer! Took my wife and a girlfriend (of hers). They tell
me I had a great time.
