I know what you mean. When I was young, the flavor of beef liver
gagged me. Now, I have calves liver cooked until still light pink in
the middle and smothered in sauteed onions and it tastes like heaven!
Many people don't like liver because they've never had calves liver
cooked this way. If liver is over cooked, it is truly nasty.
