Actually... yes.
It's a VERY big cleaver.

I use it for chopping veggies and mincing herbs,
and I've used it a few times for disjointing poultry
and slicing up a small pork roast.

It holds an incredible edge, and the weight
adds to the slicing power.

Sounds silly, but it's really very nice!
