Raspberry Orange Smoothie
Raspberry Orange Smoothie
2 cups (500 ml) milk
2 cups (500 ml) plain yogurt
2 cups (500 ml) fresh raspberries (other berries may
be substituted)
1 cup (250 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and process until
smooth. Serves 4 to 6.
