Thanks for the recipe. I made one of these the other night, served
with lemon juice, powdered sugar and cinnamon. I liked it so much,
I'm making another one right now, which I will eat with blackberry
sauce: I heated up some blackberries in the microwave until they
released a lot of juice, added sugar, cinnamon, a little ginger and
orange peel, and cornstarch slurry. I rezapped it until it thickened
slightly.
