THE LOOKOUT'S EGG CASSEROLE



Sprinkle in bottom of a greased 8 x 8 casserole:



1 cup grated cheese

1 T instant onion

2 or 3 slices of crumbled bacon or ham pieces

1/4 tsp pepper



Beat together and pour over



3 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

3/4cup biscuit mix

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/4 cup melted margarine



Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes



Great served with salsa!
