Once again a wonderful experience - The food was divine and it is impossible to
describe all of the flavors, textures and love that went into the food.
As before this is not a contest but people sharing their passion with one
another. What a great way to spend an afternoon
I could go on forever but I did want to point out to anyone considering going to
one of these events. Jim prepared, I was told, his mothers recipe for Yams.
What a wonderful tribute and what very good yams - I hope the recipe will be
posted soon.
