Ensure comes in various permutations. They have it, IIRC, to lose weight,
gain weight, for diabetics, etc.
The recipe says:
"can be prepared with Ensure®, Ensure® Plus, Ensure® High Protein, Ensure®
Fiber Complete, or Ensure® Calcium Complete."
