Well, sometimes, if you're trying to differentiate
between the dish (spaghetti noodles topped with
sauce) and the actual noodle (sans sauce) it might
be okay to say "spaghetti noodles" so that people
don't think you're referring to the dish. Although
you could just say "noodles" and that would do in
many cases but I can see where there might be a case
where you really need to say "spaghetti noodles". :-)
