Thanks for the confirmation on the cabbage. :-) I might just try making
sauerkraut again next fall. The one time I tried it, the stuff was
unbearably salty.

Crash was looking at a 20 cup machine!!! So I went and filled my "large"
processing bowl, and it's 5 cups. So I'm suggesting an 11 cup model.
