Default Vegetarian Seeking Smoker Grill Recipes

Pizza cooked over hickory chips is wonderful. Simply make your pizza
dough as usual and flop it onto the grill when the chips start smoking.
Cook on one side for a few minutes, then flip over and cook on the other
side a few minutes. Remove from grill, paint on a thin layer of olive
oil, followed by a slathering of tomato sauce, then cheese and veggie
toppings. Slide onto to smoking grill but this time on highest grid
level. Leave for 10 mins. or so till cheese is melted and topping are
heated through. Be careful not to burn bottom to a crisp. I put the
pizza dough directly on the grid, no stone, no pizza pan, nothing.
Delish! Good luck!
