CRANBERRY/ORANGE GLAZED PORK ROAST

This works as well with a brisket and also for chicken!!
Everybody loves it.

3 pound pork roast
1 T orange zest
4 T orange juice
dash of cinnamon
1 can whole cranberry sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer zest, juice, cinnamon, cranberry sauce, salt and pepper until
well blended, stirring constantly. Place roast on heavy-duty foil and
cover with glaze. Grill for two to three hours.

Serves six
