Mashed Potato Candy



2 tablespoons mashed cooked potatoes

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon milk

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

1 cup peanut butter



Mix together potatoes, butter or margarine, and milk. Add enough

powdered sugar to make a stiff dough.

Roll out on a flat surface sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread on

a layer of peanut butter and roll up. Chill and slice.



This is not a perfect recipe, because,it depends on the weather, how

much moisture is in the potato, etc etc.

Just feel it as you are working with it, so that it is stiff....yet

pliable
