They are owned by the Darden Group out of Orlando, FL. This is the
parent company of Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and Olive Garden.
IMHO, Bahama Breeze does a decent job with their watered down
Caribbean vibe and food. The others though?

To answer the last question, I'll put it like this....If you think
Olive Garden is great Italian and Red Lobster is a seafood feast, then
you will probably love Smoky Bones. Otherwise, you may just want to
fire up the pit and then head to Smoky Bones for a cold beer or get a
bag of their donut holes for dessert.
