Remove the thick part of the stems and use elsewhere. Chop coarsely and
saute in olive oil with some garlic. When it is almost done add cubed
or sliced boiled potatoes and stir together well and serve. Chard is
an excellent alternative to spinach in ravioli stuffing or malfatti.
