Olive Oil Pickles
25 medium size pickle, washed, cut thin, unpeeled
6 oinos, cut thinly
1 c. olive oil
1 c. canning salt
½ mustard seed
2 tbsp. Celery seed
1 qt cider vinegar
mix all ingredients together and let set for 6 hours
Can in sterilized jars and lids. May not seal, store in cool, dry place for
several months.
