I am just starting to cook Indonesian and Malaysian food, and will post some
recipes that I have tried as I am successful with them. Does anyone here
have any recipes they can share, or hints?

I am pretty experienced with/knowledgeable of most other SE and S Asian
cuisines, so I am pretty well stocked with ingredients and courage.
(Although those candlenuts hard for me to find locally...)
