There is one called Penang in Bethesda but, tho' good things
have been said of it, I have never been there. Zagat lists a
couple in DC; Malaysia Kopitiam and also another Penang.

I don't know about grocers but most Chinese supermarkets don't
let ethnic chauvinism stand in the way of selling what the
customers want :-)
