I did the 3 month intensive (certicatifion) class. It's hard to say
whether or not I did or didn't like the CSA. In general, every student
had complaints about the course but especially about the operation of
the CSA.
I guess that from my point of view there also is a difference in
culture that plays a part (I am a Dutch guy, with Indonesian ethnicity
and attended an American private education that was runned by mainly
Japanese people)
If people are interested I will take the time to write an extensive
review.
But to be short, for me it was a very interesting experience. A lot of
thing could have been better, but as far as I know, this is the best
program outside Japan to learn something about the ins and outs of
sushi.
