Hello all,

I am thinking of using flat/ and not so flat square steel containers (get
plenty of them in India) with sqare lids to freeze foods (meat, soups
sauce, veggies etc., ) and wrapping the edges with freezer tape...

Is there any reason this would not be advisable ?

I also looked into glass, but I am not able to find a good source of
stackable containers in a variety of shapes.

I'd appreciate any pointers to whre I might buy glass containers for
freezing food and also a US source for steel because I'm not going to India
anytime soon.
