That is a great way to do it, Thomas. If he has a gas burner outside, like
a turkey fryer or a gas grill with a side burner, he can set the chimney on
it as well.
B&B is an excellent charcoal as well --- and I believe TNW was favorable in
his review of it as well --- so I would grab up some B&B and just break it
into smaller pieces.
