Hello I've been smoking on a side firebox
charbroil from Home Depot for about a year.
But I get tired of refilling the coals sometimes
during the ball game and I started to look at
some electric smokers.
I found some that advertise as "insulated"
and "sealed" to prevent drying of the meat.

My question is .... do these type smokers release
smoke thru a vent or are they in fact sealed?
