My DH loves this bread. So do I.

Yummy Bread

1 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup dry cake mix (butter or yellow cake mix)
3 tbsp dried milk
1 tbsp oil or butter
7/8 cup water

Use the light setting.
Makes a one pound loaf.
