depends on which size you buy. there is 8oz. in a cup. i
think Cool Whip comes in 8oz. or 16 oz. cartons... i'm not
sure because it's one of those things i refuse to buy. any
recipe that calls for Cool Whip is probably immeasurably
better with real whipped cream
i know it sounds snotty, but stuff that is artificially
sweetened or made with artificial ingredients like Cool Whip
makes me ill. i *can* taste the difference & my body rebels.
on a related note, am i really the only person that can taste
the fake sugar aftertaste of Splenda? i've not met anyone else
that admits to being able to detect any difference between
Splenda & sugar.
