I haven't seen these yet, but will look for them. They might be promising
for dishes where presenting a whole lobster or tail isn't important. Lobster
Thermadore comes to mind.

I hate the fake crab and lobster, too, but then they're usually made of some
sort of bland fish with crab or lobster flavoring.
