I had a craving for it today for some reason. So I picked up an
eggplant and olives at the grocery store. I had other ingredients at
home, though I was too lazy to go downstairs for the capers.

I love this stuf; why have I never made it before? It's so easy.
It's a good thing I only bought one eggplant or I wouldn't be eating
anything else for a week.
