Pizza crust is like bread... so you make it by feel. Maybe the flour
is a bit dry and you need a little more liquid, but the general recipe
looks good to me.

How are you baking your pizza? I have a feeling that's the problem.
The oven should be 450°+ and the rack placed on the lowest setting.
Baking it directly on unglazed quarry tiles or a pizza stone is best
practice to get a crispy bottom overall tender crust.
