I'm hoping someone here may have an answer for me. I bought a covered
opaque glass dish will a clear but pebble texture lid at a yard sale
yesterday. It's oblong 9x7 inches. It says it's for slow cooking
only. The imprint on the bottom is from Proctor Silex and says "slow
cook Proctor Silex dish" I'm wondering if it can be used in the oven.
I've gone to their web site and can't find anything that would use this
dish. It also has kind of a "70's" look to it because of the rust
coloured wheat pattern on the sides. Anyone??? Tia...Sharon
