1. You are using a mixture that is too lean - try it with at least 10 to 12%
fat.
2. You're not making a hamburger. With all the breadcrumbs, other stuff &
sauce you've got a mini meatloaf.
3. Start using just the beef maybe a little S & P - you'd be surprised just
how good it can taste.
4. Sticking? spray the patty with a shot of PAM.
