Beef Patties

"My family loves this recipe."
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 egg
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Preparation:
Mix soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish together and
set aside.
Lightly beat egg, add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of
the soup mixture. Add beef, mix well. Shape into 6 patties, brown in a
skillet.
Pour remaining soup mixture over patties; cover and cook on low heat
about 20 minutes.
