Meatballs with egg lemon sauce (keftedaki me avgolemono).
Grilled Greek sausage (loukaniko).
Yogurt and cucumber dip (tzatziki).
Fish roe dip (taramosalata).
Eggplant dip (melitzanosalata).
Cold garlicked mashed potato dip (skordalia).
Beetroot salad (batzaria salata).

The dips should all be served with Greek bread (or French or Italian
if Greek is not available).
