I do know that Americans are the most generous people in the world. We
rush to help whenever there is a tragedy. We give,-- not just dollars,
but knowhow. We send people in, often volunteers who are unpaid ( Red
Cross) We are the first to help and one of the last to leave.

What we gave to tsunami was not just dollars either. Obviously from
what you said, the rest of the world EXPECTED us to give and give , and
guess what ... We did. And when something else happens we will be there
with what ever support id needed.
