How do you know that Americans are the "most" generous? Because you saw
it on American TV? Or maybe you saw it in Reader's Digest or heard it in
a speech given by Ronald Reagan. I just need a reference for my files if
that's not too much trouble.

Do you remember Colin Powell explaining that the $15M pledge was "just
a down payment"? An eight-year-old could be more creative than that but
he gets partial credit for trying even though he was on his way out.
