Jll, I don't really understand it either. I just know that I don't like
it. OTOH, I absolutely love the little yellow summer squash and the
crookneck squash. I bought a chunk of hubbard squash the other day. Cut
into cubes and cooked with onion, green pepper, and garlic. Very tasty.
