Many local restaurants (Florida, US) add a tip amount with an
explanation that goes something like this: "For your convenience, a
15% gratuity has been included in your bill".
I am always tempted to write on the little paper: "For *my*
convenience, you should have taken *off* 15%".
By the way, what is the "European method"?
