I've had that problem and I turn off the valve at the bottle and unscrew the
hose and start over.

One other problem I had at first. This was when I had the beer goggles on,
The icons on the control panel can be hard to read. Opening the valves all
the way counter clockwise only turns the burners on 1/4. Full on is right
next to the off stop on the valve. Was rather embarrassing when I realized
why the steaks were not grilling right.
