Same here (northern Colorado); picking up fresh-made
corn or flour tortillas from local, family-run shops is
a big plus, too!

I tried once to get ingredients for a Tex-Mex meal I
was TRYING to make for some friends I was staying
with on the East Coast (Boston area). Pitiful....:-)
