"They" are test marketing a *new* pork here in Maine it has a higher
fat content than the stuff that has been thown at as in recent years.
It isn't perfect but it is a hell of a lot better than what had been
available since the low fat fad kicked in. I don't know who's
producing it as it's sold under house labels.
