Sheldon likes to harrass me whenever I mention this ("fish food!"), but
try grinding a whole packer-cut brisket. You'll have to either trim
some of the fat off or add some round or sirloin to reduce the total fat
content.

Brisket makes very tasty hamburger, but the meat doesn't hold together
into patties very well so you have to handle them gently.
