Default TN: '01 Cap de Faugeres

Friday night I was home alone. A ribeye in a red wine/shallot sauce,
broccoli, and some leftover roasted veggies. I opened a 2001 Cap de
Faugeres (Cotes de Castillon). Medium-bodied, ripe and ready to go.
Black cherry fruit with a hint of cassis, a bit of earth and espresso.
Good clean finish. Modern without being excessively oaky. Hard to
imagine a better inexpensive drink-while-young Right Banker. B++

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent
wine, B a good wine, C mediocre. Anything below C means I wouldn't
drink at a party where it was only choice. Furthermore, I offer no
promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency
