I generally make chicken salad. :-)

Never goes to waste that way either...
Debone the meat, chop it up coarsley.
Add a small amount of dill relish, minced celery,
minced green onion, some capers, just a dash of onion
and garlic powder, some pepper and either mayo or ranch
dressing depending on your mood...
