I usually just peel the meat off the bones, put it in a fridge
container, then eat it as is when I'm hungry. I'm lo-carbing, so 3-4
ounces of plain roasted chicken is perfect for me. Sometimes I make
sandwiches with it for DH's lunch. If the bones look yummy I might use
them for stock.
