Cranberry Walnut Bars

Crust:

21/2 cups flour

1 cup cold margarine cut into pieces

1/2 cup confectioner's sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

Topping:

11/3 cups Karo® Corn Syrup with real Brown Sugar

4 eggs

3 Tbsp. butter, melted

1 cup sugar

2 cups coarsely chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking
spray. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat flour, margarine,
confectioners' sugar and salt until mixture resembles coarse crumbs;
press firmly into bottom and 1/4 inch up sides of prepared pan. Bake
15 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, in large bowl beat corn syrup, eggs, butter and sugar until
well blended. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Pour over hot crust;
spread evenly. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over top. Bake 25-30
minutes or until set. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
Makes 4 dozen bars.
