Soft Ginger Cookies
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup sour cream
Heat the oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients; set aside. In mixing bowl beat
wet ingredients until smooth. Slowly add the dry ingredients, beating on
low. Drop by level tablespoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
