It's got nothing to do with what your choices are. Who the
heck cares.

When you make a statement like "you can't be sure they've been
cleaned properly", one might get the impression you're stating
this opinion as if it's some sort of fact.

Maybe *you* can't be sure wooden utensils can ever be cleaned
properly. The available evidence would indicate otherwise.
