Too true! DH eats what he wants when he wants including fried foods and
lots of red meat. I watch my food intake like a hawk avoiding fried
foods, breading - I hate breading on any food anyways -, sugar, salt and
lean heavily on fruits and veggies. I've done this forever because I
come from a family plagued with diabetes and am terrified of getting it
too. Guess who has high cloresterol? Me! Must be genetic

I knew I
should have chosen my parents more wisely!
