Yeah, but good yogurt has lots of friendly live bacteria in it (such
as acidophilus, IIRC). They can help one digest the proteins in milk
products that cause the problems. This is especially true of people
who have to take a lot of antibiotics, as they kill the good bacteria
as well as the nasty ones...
