Hmm. Maybe I'll just be slicing it as I would any chuck steak. I know
it's not a very tender cut, but I think it's flavorful. Will let you
know later. :-0)
I've got the brown rice cooked and ready to go. Will put together a
green salad and call it supper in about an hour and 15.
It's 77 degrees here right now - 5:00 p.m. (about 8 degrees higher than
normal). Tomorrow going to be chilly. Eeep, and WeatherGuy is talking
about frost SOMEwhere around here.
