What do you make when you don't feel like eating?

About the easiest that involves actual food preparation is grilled cheese
sandwiches and tomato soup. Another easy meal is spaghetti or some other pasta
and spaghetti sauce from a jar. I always keep some jars of spaghetti sauce on
hand for those contingencies. Classico's Tomato and Basil sauce doesn't have
any sugar. I'm sure there are some others without it, too.
If it's just me and I'm not making food for anyone else, I'd say yogurt,
cottage cheese (maybe with some crackers), or apple sauce. Those are all kind
of comfort foods, too, so they go down easily.
