A local restaurant used to serve an incredible orange based sauce with
coconut shrimp. I managed to get the ingredients from the chef one night
when I remarked that there was something missing from the sauce..... mustard
powder. He was impressed that I identified the missing ingredient, and let
slip the other ingredients, seville orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar.
